On the job you will handle: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker 6+ years on the tools preferred.
