Immediate opening: we are hiring a scullery hand in Thomas County, Kansas. Ideal candidate: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Day to day you will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. Part-time with flexible hours. We offer $4,300 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
