Flatlock machine operator wanted in Oneida County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Oneida County, New York. The job is at a busy garment factory. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance On a typical shift you will keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
