We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread baker in Emmons County, North Dakota. The job is in a hotel pastry kitchen. Your main tasks: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to work early-morning and night shifts 6+ years on the tools preferred.
