Urgent requirement: we are hiring a precision welder in Aboh-Mbaise, Imo State. The role involves set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion. You should have: • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day 5+ years on the tools preferred.
