Halal butcher — Douglas County

Join our team: we are hiring a halal butcher in Douglas County, Georgia. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. On a typical shift you will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter 1+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
