Auto painter — Oglethorpe County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an auto painter in Oglethorpe County, Georgia. You will be based at a dealership paint shop. Ideal candidate: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing The role involves mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. $27 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
