Steward wanted in Ector County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a steward in Ector County, Texas. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts The role involves: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift Full-time, day shift.
