Elevator service technician wanted in Berkeley County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an elevator service technician in Berkeley County, West Virginia. You will work at a shopping mall with escalators and lifts. Day-to-day duties: • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Run load and overload tests with test weights Requirements: • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
