Great opportunity: we are hiring a construction helper in Karnes County, Texas. The job is on a commercial building project. Day-to-day duties: • Erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up • Load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate • Carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns • Wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean What we are looking for: • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
