Steward — Knox County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a steward in Knox County, Maine. The role involves mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room. Ideal candidate: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
