Oven operator — Calhoun County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an oven operator in Calhoun County, South Carolina. Day-to-day duties: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter What we are looking for: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Food handler / hygiene certificate At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
