We are recruiting: foundry operative (Plateau State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a foundry operative in Wase, Plateau State. What we are looking for: • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling On the job you will handle: • Skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring • Maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity • Inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects 2+ years on the tools preferred. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
