Requirements: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Your main tasks: • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear 1+ years on the tools preferred. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
