Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Fairfield County, Ohio. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure On a typical shift you will top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard.
