Formwork carpenter • San Benito County, California

Immediate opening: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in San Benito County, California. You will be based at an infrastructure construction site. The role involves: • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line You should have: • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
