QC inspector — Thurston County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a QC inspector in Thurston County, Washington. You will work in an automotive parts factory. Requirements: • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor Day to day you will log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings; verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing.
