Ideal candidate: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing Your main tasks: • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
