Now hiring: we are hiring a roofer in Marshall County, Alabama. You will be based at a sheet metal roofing workshop. On the job you will handle: • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets • Install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs What we are looking for: • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • Willing to work outdoors in all weather • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls Pay around $3,700 per month, based on your experience.
