Immediate opening: bread and bun maker (Colorado)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Pueblo County, Colorado. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. You will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Accurate at weighing and following recipes 1+ years on the tools preferred.
