Vacancy available: we are hiring a CNC programmer-operator in Tulare County, California. You will be based at a busy machine shop. You should have: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T Your main tasks: • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges Rotating shifts.
