Immediate opening: we are hiring a D6/D8 dozer operator in Val Verde County, Texas. The job is on a road construction project. The role involves: • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear What we are looking for: • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections • Safety awareness around banksmen, trucks and other plant Part-time with flexible hours.
