Immediate opening: pressman (Texas)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a pressman in Wilbarger County, Texas. You will be based at a textile finishing unit. Ideal candidate: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings Your main tasks: • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Give each garment a final press before packing Part-time with flexible hours.
