Power press operator — Eastern Obolo

Join our team: we are hiring a power press operator in Eastern Obolo, Akwa Ibom State. You will work on the press shop floor. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses The role involves: • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. ₦170,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
