Commis chef — Tyrrell County

Now hiring: we are hiring a commis chef in Tyrrell County, North Carolina. What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking On a typical shift you will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; prepare the mise en place before each service; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
