Construction helper — Newton County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a construction helper in Newton County, Indiana. You will be based on a residential housing site. You will backfill and ram down soil around the foundations; carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site; mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer; cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days. You should have: • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio Six days a week, one day off. $210 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
