Domestic gas engineer — Pemiscot County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a domestic gas engineer in Pemiscot County, Missouri. The job is on residential and apartment building sites. Day-to-day duties: • Read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints • Set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections What we are looking for: • Able to read isometric and site drawings • Driving licence for travel between sites • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
