Head baker wanted in Perry County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a head baker in Perry County, Arkansas. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. Requirements: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Your main tasks: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel Full-time, day shift.
