Immediate opening: rigger (England)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a rigger in North Yorkshire, England. You will work in a steel fabrication yard. Your main tasks: • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists You should have: • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
