Core maker wanted in Webster County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a core maker in Webster County, Kentucky. You will be based at a busy iron foundry. The role involves check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring; mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. We offer $4,300 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
