Milling machine operator — Conway County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a milling machine operator in Conway County, Arkansas. You will be based in a die and mould making unit. Your main tasks: • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter Ideal candidate: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T 3+ years on the tools preferred.
