Requirements: • Physically fit for standing, bending and reaching all day • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec Day-to-day duties: • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Mix and tint paint to match colour swatches • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
