Immediate opening: formwork joiner (Mississippi)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Tallahatchie County, Mississippi. You will be based at an infrastructure construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb You should have: • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing 6+ years on the tools preferred.
