Join our team: we are hiring a meat cutter in Russell County, Virginia. The job is in a meat processing plant. Your main tasks: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled You should have: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Pay around $2,600 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
