Kitchen steward — Madagali

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Madagali, Adamawa State. You will work at a cloud kitchen. The role involves: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
