Great opportunity: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Warren County, Mississippi. The job is at a busy fabrication workshop. Your main tasks: • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection Part-time with flexible hours.
