We are recruiting: we are hiring a quality control inspector in Polk County, Arkansas. Ideal candidate: • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits The role involves inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans.
