Membrane applicator — White County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a membrane applicator in White County, Tennessee. You will work at an industrial plant. Ideal candidate: • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane On a typical shift you will wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness.
