Surface coating operator • Lawrence County, Kentucky

We are recruiting: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Lawrence County, Kentucky. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process You will run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
