Vacancy available: we are hiring a steward in Schley County, Georgia. You will work in a catering unit. The role involves: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
