Immediate opening: cook (Minnesota)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cook in Beltrami County, Minnesota. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. You will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; prepare the mise en place before each service; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
