Panel painter — Derbyshire

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a panel painter in Derbyshire, England. You will work in a car refinishing workshop. Your main tasks: • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio What we are looking for: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing Meals and transport allowance provided.
