Banksman — Ona Ara

Immediate opening: we are hiring a banksman in Ona Ara, Oyo State. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Confident with standard crane hand signals Your main tasks: • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads 1+ years on the tools preferred. We offer ₦12,500 per day plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
