Bread and bun maker — Sullivan County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Sullivan County, New York. You will work at a cake shop. On a typical shift you will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen We offer $3,000 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
