What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service On a typical shift you will clear and reset tables between covers; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
