Wheel loader operator — Tazewell County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a wheel loader operator in Tazewell County, Illinois. You should have: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise Day-to-day duties: • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects • Stockpile and spread material to the required levels • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material 5+ years on the tools preferred.
