Concrete placer — Rowan County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a concrete placer in Rowan County, Kentucky. The role involves fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms; patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days; lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade. You should have: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
