Flatlock machine operator — Kukawa

Join our team: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Kukawa, Borno State. You will be based at a busy garment factory. Day-to-day duties: • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance Requirements: • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
