Meat trimmer wanted in Ussa

Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Ussa, Taraba State. Day to day you will run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter We offer ₦10,500 per day plus benefits.
