Great opportunity: dough maker (Ohio)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in Wayne County, Ohio. You will work at a busy bakery. On a typical shift you will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
